The grievance process is about protecting your rights under the contract, ensuring that violations of the contract are prevented, and to help employees whose rights under the contract have been violated obtain a remedy.
If you feel that a contract violation has occurred as it relates to you or your worksite, please contact your department’s shop steward. If you cannot locate the shop steward for your department, e-mail us for assistance.
